All of our coffee is roasted to order, meaning we don't roast it until your order is placed. This means maximal freshness for you! We roast in the first few days of the week (Sunday - Wednesday), and ship the coffee within about a day of roasting. For more local orders, this often means you'll receive your coffee within 4-7 days of the roast date for maximal freshness (and you'll be getting it after it has properly rested)! All orders placed by Saturday at 11:59pm will be roasted in that week's batch, and shipped out soon after. However, all orders placed after Saturday at 11:59pm will not be roasted until the following week.
