Our Roasting Schedule.

All of our coffee is roasted to order, meaning we don't roast it until your order is placed. This means maximal freshness for you! We roast in the first few days of the week (Sunday - Wednesday), and ship the coffee within about a day of roasting. All orders placed by Saturday at 11:59pm will be roasted in the next week's batch, and shipped out soon after. However, all orders placed after Saturday at 11:59pm may not be roasted until the following week. We will honor late orders (i.e. Sunday - Tuesday) in that week's batch when possible, but not always.
