Ambrosia is our take on full-bodied espresso or pour over—built for those who want richness and weight, without the bitterness that usually comes with darker roasts. We keep it at a classical medium, and chose components that contribute deep flavor without needing a dark roast.
This blend leans into deep comfort and layered sweetness through four origins:
- Sumatra brings earthiness, body, and soft tobacco-like depth.
- Honduras adds brown sugar sweetness and structure.
- Costa Rica contributes mellow red fruit notes and clarity.
- Ethiopia rounds things out with just a hint of dried plum and floral lift.
The result is a comforting, bold espresso with soft edges and zero bite. Big body. Low acid. Long finish. Equally stunning in milk drinks or brewed as a rich, cozy cup.
