Ambrosia is our take on full-bodied espresso or pour over—built for those who want richness and weight, without the bitterness that usually comes with darker roasts. We keep it at a classical medium, and chose components that contribute deep flavor without needing a dark roast.

This blend leans into deep comfort and layered sweetness through four origins:

  • Sumatra brings earthiness, body, and soft tobacco-like depth.
  • Honduras adds brown sugar sweetness and structure.
  • Costa Rica contributes mellow red fruit notes and clarity.
  • Ethiopia rounds things out with just a hint of dried plum and floral lift.

The result is a comforting, bold espresso with soft edges and zero bite. Big body. Low acid. Long finish. Equally stunning in milk drinks or brewed as a rich, cozy cup.

Roast Profile: Roasted to a classic medium with high development—crafted to unlock the darker notes without crossing into scorched or smoky territory.

Our Roasting Schedule.

All of our coffee is roasted to order, meaning we don't roast it until your order is placed. This means maximal freshness for you! We roast in the first few days of the week (Sunday - Wednesday), and ship the coffee within about a day of roasting. For more local orders, this often means you'll receive your coffee within 4-7 days of the roast date for maximal freshness (and you'll be getting it after it has properly rested)! All orders placed by Saturday at 11:59pm will be roasted in that week's batch, and shipped out soon after. However, all orders placed after Saturday at 11:59pm will not be roasted until the following week.
