Honeybee is our sweet-spot blend—built on rich chocolate tones, balanced by soft fruit highlights, and finished with a satisfying mouthfeel that lingers just enough.

This is a Brazil–Ethiopia blend, carefully dialed in for daily versatility:

  • Brazil provides structure—deep milk chocolate notes, a syrupy texture, and a smooth, grounded base.
  • Ethiopia lifts the cup with blueberry brightness, mellow florals, and tropical fruit sweetness, adding dimension without overwhelming the palate.

It opens with a cinnamon-honey warmth, flows through gentle fruit notes, and closes with a creamy, chocolate-rich finish. Designed as a fruit-accented comfort cup—bold enough to carry milk, refined enough to drink black.

Roast Profile: Roasted to a true medium. Developed for structure and balance, preserving origin clarity while enhancing sweetness and body.

Our Roasting Schedule.

All of our coffee is roasted to order, meaning we don't roast it until your order is placed. This means maximal freshness for you! We roast in the first few days of the week (Sunday - Wednesday), and ship the coffee within about a day of roasting. All orders placed by Saturday at 11:59pm will be roasted in the next week's batch, and shipped out soon after. However, all orders placed after Saturday at 11:59pm may not be roasted until the following week. We will honor late orders (i.e. Sunday - Tuesday) in that week's batch when possible, but not always.
