We use it every day in the Myth & Ember Coffee House as our go-to decaf espresso, and for good reason. It pulls beautifully in espresso, shines in pour over, and holds its own in milk drinks without falling flat.

• Grown at 1200–1600 MASL and made up of Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra varietals

• Processed using water decaffeination, preserving natural flavors without harsh solvents
