Myth & Ember Coffee started from the mind of a student and coffee geek. While studying Mechanical Engineering, I had a bit of an "Aha!" moment. I listened to my professor chat with us about heat transfer via airflow, and realized that he was talking about coffee roasting! Okay, maybe indirectly, but the principles were a perfect match. And so, I started incorporating my studies in Mechanical Engineering and all of the methodologies therein into my coffee roasting, and fell in love with the science and artform that coffee roasting is.

I want to be your resident coffee nerd, and help you with whatever coffee needs you may have. Whether you're wanting a custom blend tailored for your shop, private labeled coffee, coffee for your office, or anything in between, we want to make fantastic coffee affordable for you.

Alongside great beans, we want to help you make the best coffee you possibly can. After years of roasting and research, we've learned almost all of the in's and out's of the trade, and want to impart our expertise to you. Whether you need baristas trained on how to make the best espresso possible, or just a simple system for brewing a few pots of coffee for your office, I want to help you make the best coffee possible.
